Customer Service

Best-In-Class Customer Service & Fulfillment Management

Our customer service model is built to deliver consistent, high-performance execution through dedicated leadership, specialized roles, and clear accountability across every fulfillment function. Each client is supported by an experienced team focused on accuracy, responsiveness, and operational excellence.

  • Account Manager: Provides overall program leadership and serves as the single point of accountability. The Account Manager oversees all operational functions, ensures service level commitments are met, and proactively manages performance, communication, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Customer Service Representative(CSR): Acts as the primary day-to-day client interface, managing daily operational activities, order flow, and inventory accuracy. The CSR ensures timely communication, rapid issue resolution, and seamless coordination across internal teams.
  • CSR Backup: Ensures uninterrupted service continuity by supporting the Account Manager and primary CSR. This role provides immediate coverage during peak volumes or absences, maintaining consistent service levels at all times.
  • Production Manager: Leads all production operations and related services, ensuring workflows are executed efficiently and in full alignment with program requirements. The Production Manager maintains comprehensive knowledge of all materials, processes, and timelines to support scalable execution.
  • Quality Control Supervisors: Embed quality assurance throughout the production process. QC Supervisors perform ongoing inspections, document variances, and deliver detailed reporting to ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Table Supervisors: Oversee hands-on production activities and support the Production Manager in managing daily workflows. This role ensures production efficiency, material familiarity, and rapid response to operational needs.
  • Pick-and-Pack Manager: Directs all pick-and-pack operations, ensuring orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. This role drives throughput, accuracy, and adherence to service level expectations
  • Pick-and-Pack Staff: Execute daily order fulfillment with precision and consistency. Staff are fully trained on program materials and processes to ensure reliable, error-free delivery to end customers.
