FAI has implemented standard metrics to monitor and ensure outstanding performance results against our own targets as well as those of our clients. Following are some examples.
- Fulfillment performance standards agreed upon by both companies are monitored and met.
- Appropriate operating procedures are outlined for each aspect of our fulfillment process and adhered to.
- Implementation and training plans are developed and initiated at FAI to ensure that the operating procedures are properly executed.
- Appropriate operating procedures include double-check systems to ensure that the final package has been fulfilled correctly.
- Accuracy and timeliness of all fulfillment services documented by both FAI and the client.
- One-hour response time to client from FAI account managers on inquiries.
- All orders shipped at agreed upon times.
- Receiver notifications, with sku number, quantity received; count method, bin location, item condition, reported to the client within 24 hours of receipt.
- All items double counted for accuracy (when physical inventory count rate has been approved).
- Returns notification within 24 hours of receipt.
- Random cycle count requests made by client to be performed within 24 hours.
- Quarterly/Annual physical inventories requested by client will be schedule to accommodate the needs of the client.
- Use of bin locations and standard inventory control practices to ensure accurate inventory usage and storage.
- Batch picking, pre-assembly, and quality control checks performed throughout each run.
- Ensure labor resources available to meet Performance Standard Requirements.
